Many years have past since my last update... Moreso days... We could go on to say weeks but we wont because that makes me sound like a neglectful blog owner. A sad and horrible truth I am yet to realise.

But let us not dwell on my short comings! The real reason I am here and updating now I am yet to decide but I promised a verile young man as his last dying wish that I would update. And of course by 'dying wish' I mean 'going to vanuatu for an extended period of time' wish.

Seeing as I have nothing much to offer you in the form of entertaining treats I'll probably just inform you of my doings and whinge a little! Prepare...

SO! Last sunday sarah of the green persuasion left from our glorious 9 days of holidaying fun. Acitivies include going to the sydney aquarium where sea creatures were viewed and a reasonable sized lobster teddy was perchased (later I tried to set him free in the harbour) ummm we also did a lot of other stuff, oh yeah we went to bondi where I found a washed up dolphin in a park, I also tried to rescue him by splashing my bottled water on him only to realise later that he was in fact a statue.

Also that same sunday night as she left I went to death cab thanks to frank and his magical relative who got him 4 free tickets! So frank, norris, huddy and myself enjoyed some quality death cabbing and then we waited out back for the band to show themselves but unfortunately I had to leave so I could catch a train home before it got too late and I got stabbed.

Anod now I'm back to working all day again... God I hate work. It starts to early and finishes too late and screws over your entire day. Ahhhhhh I'll stop whinging now because I could do quite a lot of it and I'm pretty sure you dont really care that much anyway.

Mmhmm.

The question now is... Do I have any pictures to share with you? Well I'll check.

Pirates of the carribean. Friggin. Awesome. I also saw that while sarah was here and yeah, it was like cheating on her right in front of her. Moreso to the side of her as that was our seating arrangement. Regardless that was an orgasm in a movie and I really cant wait for the 3rd one next year! What makes it especially good is that they have the sexiest cast member ever. Yes I love you johnny.

10 reasons why I should be a superhero.

And a guilt free one at that with my low carbohydrate beer. Also everyone say "wow" because frank knitted that fine piece of scarfy goodness that you see wrapped ever so sensually around my neck in one night! One night people!! Also thats franks jacket.... he did not knit that....

Also last night we made a didgeridoo! This is the part of the entry where I change from standard blog mode to "make your own didgeridoo" tutorial mode. Brace yourself...

HOW TO MAKE A DIDGERIDOO

1. go to your local friendly (if you dont have one then just use the unfriendly one) hardware store and ask for 40mm diameter PVC pipe.
2. you will want to cut this pipe a specific length, 102cm will give you the key of E, 118cm will give you D and 132cm will give you C so the choice is up to you!

That should end up costing you around $3-$5!

Now you can play it like this but its a bit harsh on the lips and if you want to be a real pro you'll want yourself a mouth piece... So!

1. Traditionally they use beeswax but thats hard to find (if you can get it by all means use it) so I had a brainwave and used surfboard wax! Go buy some, should cost $3 or so.
2. Chuck it in the oven on low or microwave for 10 seconds so it becomes soft and malleable.
3. Roll yourself a long thin snake out of the wax
4. Place the snake over the end up the pipe making a circle, make sure you seal it by getting wax on the inside and outside of the pipe.
5. Smoothen the inside of the pipe to get the best sound and mould your mouthpiece into the desired shape. I find a ovalish shape works well. But whatever works for you!

Thats it! Pretty cheap and simple and you'll impress all your friends. Also if you want to be really cool you should draw some dreamtime pictures on it with crayons like harris did to ours. A definite plus to an already awesome piece of plumbing.

If that should fail you'll at least have yourself a long cannon like piece of pipe that you can stuff scrunched up paper in and fire it at people whilst sitting on the couch. Mayhem it was.
